Terms of Service
Flowboard is operated by TG11 LLC, doing business as VulpFin ("we", "us"). By using Flowboard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- You may sign in with a Flowboard password or with your TG11 account. Either way, keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility.
- You must meet the minimum age for digital consent where you live.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.
- We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service.
2. Your content
Your boards, tasks, notes and files stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, display it back to you and to people you share a board with, back it up, and process it for the features you ask for.
3. Shared boards
Inviting somebody to a board gives them the access their role allows — owner, admin, editor or viewer. Anything you put on a shared board is visible to its members, and a member you remove keeps nothing but what they already saw. Board owners are responsible for who they invite.
4. The assistant and your API keys
- AI features run on your provider credentials. When you use the assistant, the board content needed for that request is sent to the provider you selected, and their terms and privacy policy apply to that request.
- We never place our own keys in your account, and the assistant does nothing until you add a provider.
- The assistant proposes changes; nothing is applied to your board until you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve.
- Model output can be wrong. Estimates, plans and summaries are suggestions, not advice.
5. Connected calendars
Connecting Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 authorises Flowboard to create and update events you push from a task, and to read your busy times so the planner does not book over a meeting. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Calendars, which deletes the stored tokens; you can also revoke access from Google or Microsoft directly.
Details about provider permissions and data handling are available on the Third-Party Services page and in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Flowboard to break the law, to store or distribute malware, to attack the service or other users, to send unsolicited mail through its invitation or digest features, or to consume resources in a way that degrades it for others. The guidelines spell this out.
7. Availability
Flowboard is provided "as is" and "as available". Features can change, and there is no uptime
guarantee. Planned and unplanned interruptions are reported on the
status page and notable changes in the
changelog. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose
— every board exports as an .ics feed, and you can ask support for a full export.
8. Fees
Flowboard is currently free to use. If that ever changes, existing accounts get notice before any charge, and nothing you already stored gets held hostage.
9. Ending it
You can stop using Flowboard whenever you like and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or put the service or its users at risk.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TG11 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Flowboard, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. The software itself
Flowboard is free software under the AGPL-3.0. These terms cover the hosted service at flowboard.fyi; the licence covers the code, and nothing here takes away a right the licence gives you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top change when we do, material changes are noted in the changelog, and continuing to use Flowboard after that means the new terms apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's primary jurisdiction in the United States, except where non-waivable local consumer law says otherwise.
